CNC-Platforms

Design

Our Hardware design goals are dictated by our customers. Maximum performance and functio- nality from an economically priced package. Our designers monitor customer requirements such as processing power, memory capacity, communications options, GUI sophistication, I/O resources, footprint and wiring constraints. The outcome is a range of three powerful, lean running, compact single board CNCs.

CNC-Platforms

Three Platforms, common core

At the heart of each board is a carefully selected member of the Intel embedded risc processor family. This maintains software compatibility across the three platforms. It allows machine builders to have the same Operator environment across their machine range, from the smallest hand operated machine to the most sophisticated multi-axis continuous path machine in their range.

Reliability

Our single board, small footprint, cool running designs cut down on interconnects and allow for rapid machine installation. The controls are designed to operate in harsh electrical and environmental conditions and come in a rugged metal casing.

Flexibility

Our CNCs incorporate CAN connectivity. This industrial class small area network is ideal for adding on additional I/O resources. It allows for the implementation of a distributed wiring topology and for the connection of third party CAN devices.

Vision

Through our in-house design capability we react rapidly to customer requirements. By developing our hardware and software in parallel we maximise platform efficiency. Our systems are free of third party operating systems, overhead, or compatibility issues . We have revolutionised our customers machines and enhanced their competitiveness within their market segment. Calling us to-day is the first step on your new competitive path.
